Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) is a written legal contract between an employer and a union representing the employees. The CBA is the result of an extensive negotiation process between the parties regarding topics such as wages, hours, and terms and conditions of employment.

Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) between Ship Owners as Employers and PT. BAHTERA BENUA BIRU as Indonesian Crew Agent. For Ship Owners and/or Fishing Companies would like to hiring Indonesian crews should make and sign the CBA, which contains the standart individual working contract and other regulations, compensation, insurance, violations, etc.



We are PT. BAHTERA BENUA BIRU as crew management & crewing agency based in Indonesia. We are managed by a professional team in terms of management and a field team who are very dedicated in recruiting and training marine personnel.

We are a professional team work in implementing and planning the entire crew from initial registration to crew departure including complete documents and seafarer certificates according to STCW.

We stand to meet the demands of todays progressive crews in the marine transportation and fishing industries. We have maintained our crew members database of management staff and fishers are highly qualified, experienced and reliable to work on all types of fishing vessels.

In terms of process and crew placement, we fully understand the wishes of our crew and our principals and clients so that we can save on cost-effective services without harming each other and for the sake of sustainability.


We are a certified and licensed company and have a permanent recruitment office, not individuals. We have staff employees in terms of management and field so that it becomes very solid and complete.
